CUBA: Bush creates `post-Castro' unit


Earlier in the week, the State Department's Western Hemisphere man, Roger Noriega, had told a seminar at Miami University, `The President is determined to see the end of the Castro régime and the dismantling of the apparatus that has kept him in office for so long [...] We would like to see more Latin American countries talk for democracy in Cuba and against repression in the island.'
